                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 6100
                   BLOCK OF HERITAGE PARK DRIVE, BEING ON THE
                   NORTHEAST AND NORTHWEST LINE OF HERITAGE PARK
                   DRIVE, AND THE NORTHWEST LINE OF ADAMSON
                   CIRCLE, AT BONNY OAKS DRIVE, FROM M-2 LIGHT
                   INDUSTRIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located in the 6100 block of
                Heritage Park Drive, being on the northeast and
                northwest line of Heritage Park Drive, and the
                northwest line of Adamson Circle, at Bonny Oaks
                Drive.  Lots 31, 32, and 39, Corrective Plat of
                Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, and 39 Bonny Oaks Industrial
                and Office Park, Phase One, as shown by plat of
                record in plat book 48, page 49, ROHC; being part
                of the property described in deed book L, volume 6,
                page 595, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 129P-B-10, 11, and 21.
               
               
         from M-2 Light Industrial Zone to O-1 Office Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
